At LIINIA we prioritize your peace of mind ,This policy helps us maintain quality control for all customers and  avoid any use after delivery, and ensure that our customer is the first one to use the product.

Return Policy

  • We offer returns only at the time of delivery.

    You’re more than welcome to try your order before the courier leaves. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return the item immediately or send us for exchange the item  and you’ll only need to cover the shipping fees

    Items accepted without inspection will be considered the customer’s responsibility.

  • If you try the product and want an exchange , We recommend not accepting the order. To avoid paying shipping fees twice — once for the new item and again to return the original order — simply return the item to the courier at the time of delivery, then send us a DM or WhatsApp message to request your exchange.

 To request an exchange, please contact us Within 24 hours from the delivery date:(if the item is available).SO If you try the product and want an exchange , We recommend not accepting the order simply return it to courier then send us a DM or WhatsApp message to request your exchange

  • Exchange fees are the customer's responsibility, Exchange shipping  fees is charged separately from the original delivery fees
  • To keep things fair Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags and full packaging must be included and in the same condition as received.
  • Items that are missing tags ,cards and box  will not be accepted.

  •  Buying multiple sizes to choose from is not allowed, but you can request an exchange if the size doesn’t fit.

في حالة رفض الاستلام للطلبات المدفوعة أونلاين، يتم رد المبلغ خلال 2 إلى7 أيام عمل حسب سياسة البنك.

 إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو مختلفًا عن المطلوب، نرجو التواصل معنا مباشرة، وسنقوم بمعالجة الأمر  بشكل عادل وسريع و بتحمل مسؤلية كاملة

·       يشترط وجود جميع العلامات الأصلية والتغليف الكامل بحالته الأصلية
