Orders are typically delivered within 2–7 working days depending on your location.
Delivery times may vary during  public holidays, or high-demand seasons.

Orders outside Cairo and Giza are confirmed only after paying a shipping fee deposit. This policy helps prevent fake orders, reduce shipping costs for our customers, and ensure continuous stock availability.

Multiple Item Orders:
If you use Cash on delivery For order with more than two products, a Shipping fees must be paid in advance. to confirm the order. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message with order details.

Customers have the right to inspect their order upon delivery .If you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange the item immediately to the courier (shipping fees apply)

مدة التوصيل

 عادةً يتم التوصيل خلال 2-7 أيام عمل حسب موقعك

قد تختلف المدة ، الأعياد الرسمية، أو فترات الضغط الموسمي

 الاوردرات خارج القاهرة والجيزة يتم تأكيدها بعد تحويل مصاريف  الشحن ديبوزت يتم تطبيق هذه السياسة فقط لتفادي خسائر مصاريف شحن الطلبات الغير جادةوعدم تحميلها علي اسعار المنتجات  fake orders ولتقليل تكاليف الشحن علي عملاءنا، وضمان توافر المنتجات بإستمرار ومنع حجزها في 

 الاوردارت التي تحتوي علي اكثر من قطعتين يتم دفع مصاريف الشحن مقدما  لتأكيده ذلك  فقط لتجنب  الاوردارات الغير جادة وتوافر المنتجات بشكل مستمر للعملاء

تأكيد الطلب

بمجرد إتمام الطلب، ستصلك رسالة تأكيد تحتوي على تفاصيله

نرجو التأكد من صحة بيانات التواصل والعنوان لتجنب أي تأخير في الاستلام

الفحص عند الاستلام

في فترات العروض لا يتم الاستبدال  بعد مغادرة المندوب

يحق للعميل فحص الطلب عند الاستلام.

 في حال عدم الرضا، يمكن إرجاع  المنتج مباشرة مع المندوب (تطبق رسوم الشحن)

إذا كان المقاس غير مناسب، يمكنك تقديم طلب استبدال وفقًا للسياسة المعتمدة
